New Scientist reviews the Royal Society book prize winners

The Royal Society The list of winners of the Royal Society Insight Investment Science Book Prize 2016 has been announced by the society’s president Venki Ramakrishnan. We’ve already reviewed many of them, so here’s what we thought about the ones we looked at. The winner is Andrea Wulf for The Invention of Nature: The adventures of Alexander von Humboldt, the lost hero of science (also subtitled Alexander von Humboldt’s New World), John Murray, £25.
